Description

Provides participants with an overview of health and safety requirements and of customer service requirements as it affects them in their job role in the recovery industry. It provides students with the knowledge required to comply with legislation and to ensure that they are able to keep themselves and others safe and to maintain effective working relationships with the wider public.
