Description

Provides participants with an overview of health and safety requirements and of customer service requirements as it affects them in their job role in the recovery industry. It provides participants with the knowledge required to comply with legislation and to understand their duty of care in maintaining their own safety and the safety of others, at all times in the workplace and to maintain effective working relationships with the wider public.
