QUALITY POLICY FOR INSTITUTE OF VEHICLE RECOVERY
It is the policy of the company the Institute of Vehicle Recovery to provide membership to an industry related, professionally recognised body, with the intention of developing membership services and benefits to better support the industry.
The Quality Policy is implemented through the operation of the IVR Group Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015; the company is committed to the continual improvement and effectiveness of the system operated within the business activity.
The company will set quality and business objectives at Management Review, achieving these objectives will be monitored at regular management meetings.
This policy applies to all company employees, directors, training providers and instructors, to perform his or her work to the highest standards at all times, so that continual improvement of the company’s systems and customer satisfaction can be achieved.
