QUALITY POLICY FOR IVR TRAINING SERVICES LTD

It is the policy of the company IVR Training Services Ltd. to provide a training programme for instructors at ITSSAR standards and to provide ancillary services to IVR and IVR (UK) Ltd. (excluding training on the National Training Scheme).  The company will aim to provide instructors that are knowledgeable and professional with the intention of raising standards within the roadside rescue and recovery sector through training.

It is also the policy of the company to continue to be a nominated DVSA training centre in order to administer relevant Driver CPC training to the standards expected for the recovery industry.

The Quality Policy is implemented through the operation of the IVR Group Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2018; the company is committed to the continual improvement and effectiveness of the system operated within the business activity.

The company will set quality and business objectives at Management Review, achieving these objectives will be monitored at regular management meetings.

This policy applies to all company employees, directors, training providers and instructors, to perform his or her work to the highest standards at all times, so that continual improvement of the company’s systems and customer satisfaction can be achieved.
